Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue doesn’t necessarily mean deep pressure or Painful massage, this is a common misconception.

My approach to Deep Tissue Massage is to find the knot or adhesion within your tissues that may be causing you pain or limiting your movement.

Deep Tissue Massage work can range anywhere from slow and compressive strokes to higher circulating movements in order to get your muscles or tissues to relax or activate.

Deep Tissue work is Intentional

Sports Massage

If you need to be able to get off the table and play a game or hit a hard workout session, Sports Massage would be a great choice to get you primed and ready 


This type of work may include: Massage, stretching, and muscle activation.


Any and Every-body can benefit from a sports massage.

Myofascial Cupping

Cupping has been around for centuries. Ancient Egypt, Chinese and Middle Eastern cultures have used this therapeutic technique and it has been featured in some of the oldest medical textbooks.


Modern Cupping uses silicone and plastic cups with a suction tool to create a “vacuum-like” sensation.


I utilize cupping alongside Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Cupping provides a “lifting” or pulling sensation, which may help relieve pain, increase blood flow and decrease tension and inflammation

Corrective Exercise

Have a nagging shoulder or back issue every-time you do a certain movement? 


I will coach you through exercises in order to develop optimal movement patterns and give you the tools you need to reduce the risk of future injury


One way you can ensure that your body stays in pain free motion is to show it what pain free motion should look like.


Restorative exercise helps to correct muscle imbalances and compensations you may have that are hurting your body and your ability to move.




Personal Training

Are there Movements or Exercises that hold you back from reaching your full athletic potential? 


Pull-ups? Muscle Ups? Olympic Weightlifting, Speed or Endurance?


I will help fine tune your mechanics and build a solid foundation so you could really get after it!
